The registration for the birth of your child should be made about 4-6 weeks before the date of delivery.
During the midwife consultation, we would like to get to know you in order to answer questions about the birth and to clarify some formalities. Together with you, the midwife will prepare the delivery room file and hand out information sheets about the birth and other necessary forms.
