A team of midwives and doctors is available for you around the clock to ensure individual and safe obstetrics and to accompany you and your partner during the birth of your child.

Our clinic, with about 1,200 births per year, has modern family-friendly equipment and optimal structures for the care of parents and newborns, but also for the care of prematurely or ill born children by obstetricians, pediatricians and anaesthetists.

In our perinatal centre of the highest level (Level 1), it is guaranteed that competent and specialised help for mother and child is available around the clock for all planned and unplanned situations.

Pain Therapy Procedures

You can make use of them at any time and individually tailored to your wishes. Around the clock, you have the possibility of an epidural (peridual anaesthesia). In addition, we offer you all classic procedures such as drug-based pain therapy, breathing and relaxation techniques or aromatherapy.

Caesarean Section Births

Planned or unplanned - a separate operating room is available directly in the delivery room. Caesarean section deliveries are predominantly carried out in our clinic under anaesthesia which is injected close to the spinal cord. This procedure is gentle and safe for both mother and child and at the same time allows the mother and child to get to know each other immediately (bonding).

Bonding Room

For undisturbed and immediate skin contact with your baby even after a caesarean section, our bonding room is available for you and your partner. Getting to know each other for the first time is the basis of an emotional bond and a trusting mother-parent-child bond. Early bonding also makes successful breastfeeding easier after a caesarean section.

Neonatological Intensive Care Unit

Our perinatal centre belongs to the highest level of care (Level 1). The neonatal intensive care and aftercare unit for sick premature and newborn babies is located on the delivery room level. The close proximity to the delivery room means that only short transport routes are necessary and the bond between mother and child is strengthened. Every treatment place at the neonatological IST offers all modern technical requirements for the optimal treatment of premature babies.

Expectant Fathers

Fathers are welcome. But also the company of another trusted person to the birth is welcome.
