Before the most important event of the birth of their child, expectant parents are faced with the big question of where and how this unforgettable experience should take place. Nowadays there are many possibilities of delivery. In order to help women and their partners make this decision, the midwives and doctors at the University Women's Hospital would like to give comprehensive advice to the expectant parents.

Once a month (every 4th Monday at 6.30 p.m. in Magdeburg in Gerhart-Hauptmann-Straße 35), information evenings are held at which staff from all obstetric departments, gynaecologists and paediatricians as well as midwives and paediatric nurses answer questions about pregnancy, birth, postpartum and care of the newborn child and a tour of the premises will be given.
